The founder of Essential Business Skills is Nick Woodeson, who formed an independent consulting company in 1997 after 21 years in major project focused companies and consulting organisations.

With extensive cross-industry and personal development experience EBS is able to combine understanding of both the business and human dimensions.

EBS works with a select network of associates - each of whom combine specific business sector experience with proven facilitation, personal development and people skills.

We have provided innovative programmes for organisations in both the private and public sectors, with specific experience in Telecommunications, IT , Automotive, Finance, Travel and Tourism, Health and government agencies.

We also provide training services through Frost and Sullivan and we are part of Future Dynamics - a growing international network of companies providing innovative training and coaching solutions on an international basis.
Nick Woodeson has worked as project manager, programme director, account manager and consultant with leading system integration and consulting companies, including 9 years with Unisys. He has experience of diverse and global project environments, including high-value commercial projects, joint-ventures, research and development projects, business and technology start-up projects, and organisational change programmes. He combines business experience with an in-depth understanding of management and personal development.
